Mixed Media Monday - Theme "mothers and daughters"

Hi Everyone...Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! The theme this week on Mixed Media Monday is "Mothers and Daughters" and I created this Mother Daughter team....
My Mom is my best friend in the world and I spend as much time as I can with her....she is wonderful and I can only hope that I am like her with our children....
I also hope to have a daughter one day....
Happy Monday!

Diana

How beautiful Diana!! I feel the same way about my mom and my daughter, Alex. She just left to go back to college a few minutes ago after spending the weekend at home. It's so appropriate that I came to your site after she left!!
thank you

hugs,
manon

Hi Diana,

Your post and illustration today is lovely.
It is such a special bond between Mother and daughter. Your Mother must be so happy having a special daughter like you.

Have a happy week

Diana, this is wonderful! I love the vibrancy shown in your art. How lovely to have such a sweet relationship with your mother. I miss my mom, who has been gone for almost 20 years. This year is the 100th anniversary of her birth.

This is such a nice tribute to mothers. You've really captured the essence of that special bond. Thanks for your visit. I've been neglecting my blogs lately...just been too busy to keep up with everything.
I love your blog, it always brightens up my day!

How wonderful to hear about how close you are with your own mother, Diana E.! :)

I used to think my mama and I were the same...then I realized...we fight way too much...but now...I think we are like that way again (maybe) And nevertheless, I truly, truly love this work of art which you have made! It makes me smile, it makes me remember my mother, and it makes me think of what it would be like to have a daughter of my own... :)
